Hapus akun Saku

Saku dikelola oleh Kantong Studio. Halaman ini menjelaskan cara menghapus akun Saku dan data apa saja yang ikut terhapus.

Di aplikasi (paling cepat)

1. Buka Saku dan masuk ke akunmu.
2. Buka Pengaturan › Akun & sinkron.
3. Ketuk Hapus akun, lalu konfirmasi.

Akun langsung terhapus. Ingin menyimpan datamu dulu? Buat cadangan di Pengaturan › Impor & ekspor › Cadangan lengkap sebelum menghapus.

Tanpa aplikasi

Jika Saku sudah tidak terpasang, kirim email ke cs-saku@kantongstudio.com dari alamat email akun Saku-mu dengan judul "Hapus akun Saku". Kami membalas untuk memastikan permintaan itu darimu, lalu menghapus akun dan datanya paling lambat 30 hari setelah kamu mengonfirmasi.

Yang dihapus

• Akunmu: email dan profil dari Google atau kode email.
• Buku yang kamu miliki, termasuk catatan anggota lain di dalamnya.
• Dompet pribadimu dan foto struk di server.
• Keanggotaanmu di buku milik orang lain.
• Semua data Saku di ponsel tempat kamu menghapus akun.

Yang tidak bisa kami hapus dari sini

• Data di ponsel lain yang pernah masuk dengan akunmu: hapus dengan mencopot Saku atau membersihkan penyimpanannya di ponsel itu.
• Laporan error yang pernah terkirim ke Sentry (hanya jika kamu menyalakannya) tidak memuat nama, email, atau nominal, dan dihapus otomatis oleh Sentry sesuai masa simpannya.

Tanpa akun

Jika kamu memakai Saku tanpa masuk, tidak ada data di server kami. Hapus semua data dengan mencopot Saku atau membersihkan penyimpanannya di pengaturan Android.

Delete your Saku account

Saku is run by Kantong Studio. This page explains how to delete a Saku account and which data is deleted with it.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Saku and sign in.
2. Go to Settings › Account & sync.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

The account is deleted at once. Want to keep your data? Make a backup in Settings › Import & export › Full backup before you delete.

Without the app

If Saku is no longer installed, email cs-saku@kantongstudio.com from your Saku account's email address with the subject "Delete my Saku account". We reply to make sure the request is yours, then delete the account and its data within 30 days of your confirmation.

What is deleted

• Your account: email and profile from Google or the email code.
• Books you own, including other members' entries in them.
• Your private wallets and receipt photos on the server.
• Your membership of other people's books.
• All Saku data on the phone you delete the account from.

What we cannot delete from here

• Data on other phones that were signed in to your account: remove it by uninstalling Saku or clearing its storage on that phone.
• Crash reports already sent to Sentry (only if you turned them on) hold no name, email or amounts, and Sentry deletes them on its own retention schedule.

No account

If you use Saku without signing in, none of your data is on our server. Delete everything by uninstalling Saku or clearing its storage in Android settings.
